I look forward to this day mainly because I will be attending a party with of the promise of plenty of good eating and the possibility of seeing entertaining commercials.
Though I can appreciate watching highly compensated men running into each other while wear fitted pants, I wouldn’t call myself a football fanatic. I was born in the land of the only true New York football team, Buffalo. Go ahead, get your laughs in. I’ve heard all the jokes, Buffalo has two seasons, winter and construction….blah, blah, blah. And yes, the Buffalo Bills have gone to the Super Bowl a total of four times all resulting in losses.
Now my home is in New Jersey. Who do I root for, the New York Giants, who play home games in the Garden State or the undefeated New England Patriots. I don’t care. I just want to eat, chatter and watch commercials.
